Student/Parent has to be taken Membership to contact the Tutors. With out Membership Student/Parent can't Interact with the displayed Matching Tutors.

The Student Membership Plans: 1. Basic Membership Rs. 500/- is Valid up to 25 Tutors requests OR 5 Months 2. Golden Membership 1000/- is Valid up to 50 Tutors requests OR 12 Months. 3.Platinum Membership Rs.1500/- is Valid up to 100 Tutors requests OR 24 Months.

Selected City and Locations will not be changed during the Membership period

CHT never involves into finalizing a tutor to a subscribed Student. CHT allowing the Subscribed Student / Parent to contact to them directly. CHT also not responsible if any tutor is not responding to the Student calls.

Students/Parents(Members) to be given the Feedback of each tutor response immediately to the CHT weather finalized the tutor or not ( by filling the Support form ), Tuition position will get closed immediately if no response from the Student/Parents after receiving the tutor requests.

CHT never involves into finalizing the Tuition fees and collecting Percentages from the tutors, Subscribed Students / Parents can speak to the Tutors directly and can fix the tuition fee

CHT never meet to the tutors personally and never conducts any interviews. Student / Parent can demand the tutor at the time of demo class if any ID Proofs or Certificates ( Xerox copy ) required for the Security reasons.

If a Student/Parent is not responding to the CALL/SMS/EMAIL alerts from the City Home Tuition or Tutors, then Tutor request will get closed from the Opening Tuition board.

Note : Tutors may not responsible of the Student's progress. Tutors being observed by the parents / Care Takers during the tuition time.

City Home Tuition reserves all the rights to change all or any of these above mentioned terms and conditions with or without giving any prior notice.
